Rich Carlo did a fabulous job for me in selling my home and finding a new one. He was efficient, detail oriented and a lot of fun to work with. Moving is a stressful time but Rich took care of all the details leaving me the time to explore different condo complexes and amenities. He enthusiastically took me to every property I was interested in and spent the time to help me evaluate each one to make an informed decision. Even my lawyer was impressed with Rich.
